We work closely with end users to understand their needs and develop interactive reporting solutions that provide information necessary for informed decision-making. Our reports provide a hands-on platform to understand our data and drive change across Johns Hopkins.
Overview of Services:
- Automating and streamlining data collection, curation, and report creation
- Developing up-to-date metrics on Key Performance Indicators tailored to each business need
- Enabling drill-down reports that provide insights from a thirty-thousand-foot view down to the fine details of daily operations
- Developing seamless data pipelines to combine data from different source systems including TAG applications, Epic EHR, SAP, JHED, and 3rd party vendor products.

The EBS Analytics team sits at the forefront of Analytics at Johns Hopkins. In addition to working with clients on their business needs, the team also sits on the Johns Hopkins Data Trust and the Analytic Center of Enablement, driving the direction of reporting across JHM. EBS Analytics runs educational programming for JHM and JHU analysts alike through the annual LEADS program and the 2025 PBI180 training.
